Player Development Coordinator
Coach EJ Haralson is deeply passionate about guiding players toward their professional basketball aspirations. With over 19 years of coaching experience, including various roles at Wayne State University and a successful tenure at Finney High School, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to helping athletes realize their potential.
Haralson has a proven track record of success, having led Finney High School to its first Public School League title and earning recognition as the Detroit Public School League Coach of the Year in the 2002-03 season. As a former player who earned NJCAA All-American honors at Mott Community College and contributed to the University of Detroit Mercy's NCAA Tournament advancement, he understands the dedication and skill required to compete at the highest levels.
In his role as Player Development Coordinator, EJ channels his passion into maximizing player performance, equipping them with the tools and mindset necessary to achieve their dreams of playing professionally. His unwavering support and expertise empower athletes to take their game to the next level.
